Ha! THis is my way to cook Beef Noodle Soup.
A:>3T minced green onion
>1T minced garlic
>3 slices ginger
>One Half onion/sliced or minced
B:>1-2T cooking wine
>Some salt
>Some Hon-Dashi(I mailed Box cover to you)
>1t sugar or brown sugar
>some pepper
>some dry hot pepper(if you like it)
>a little bit Chinese 5 spices powder or 8 corner
C:>1/2 can chicken broth
>One Half onion/sliced
>1 tomato/sliced or chunks
>some red carrot/chunks
>some mushroom/cut into half
D:>3-4T soy sauce
>1t sesame oil{if you like it}
3 STEPS to COOK Beef Noodle Soup
STEP 1:”Parboil” Beef chunks(2”x2”chunks)
put beef chunks into boiling water w/ 2 slices
ginger and some salt for 3 min. then pour
out the boiling water and lift out beef chunks
and rinse under cold water then dry it out w/
paper towel
STEP 2:”Stir Fry/Fragrant”
Heat the wok,add 2-3 T oil and heat to hot
Stir fry “A” until fragrant(1-2 min.)
Add in “Parboiled beef chunks” stir fry evenly
(2-3min.) then add in “B” and stir fry evenly
(1-2min.) then add in “C” and stir fry evenly
(1-2min.) then add in “D” and stir fry evenly
(2-3min.) then after boiling cut the heat down
to low- meddle high stew for 10 min.
STEP 3:”Stew”
Add in another 1/2 can of chicken broth and water
until soup cover over all materials
(you can add more broth or water later=more soup)
Turn the heat back to high again until boiling
then cut the heat back to low-middle high
STEW for 50 min.+-
Add some salt and Hon-Dashi in the soup if needed
for better taste
THE END
Place noodle in bowl, pour beef noodle soup and
SERVE
